Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders and provide a supportive space for individuals and couples to experience positive change. Our specialties include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Gottman couple's therapy, supportive humanistic counseling, trauma-informed care, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
Our focus is to provide individual and couple therapy utilizing your unique strengths to overcome adversity, heal, and foster positive growth. We achieve this by listening to your concerns and customizing a treatment plan tailored to your specific strengths, needs, context, and culture.
Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. We recognize that no therapist is the perfect fit for everyone. After a free 15-minute consultation, if we are not the best fit for you, we will happily provide you with a well-informed referral more appropriate to your needs.
